Loved the setup of this restaurant. Although it was small, high-top tables lined the room, and we saw a nice chef’s table area. Everyone had a good view of the oven as pizzas were coming in and out.
We loved the fluffy crust and the char along the edges. In my opinion, it was a great combination of crispy and smooth. The sausage had plenty of flavor and the red pepper was a nice addition.
